CLIP RETURNS TO THE STUDIO - JULY 2007
CLIP, as you know has been working very hard on the LONG overdue follow-up CD of our debut self titled work. We have completed all of the pre-production work (have some ironing here and there). Now we are ready to look forward to the next step process, which is tracking the material in the studio.
This time around CLIP will be working with the ever growing famous ZING recording studios (www.MySpace.com/ZINGstudios). Zing has recorded some great metal albums from their craft, including KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, ALL THAT REMAINS, THE ACACIA STRAIN AND UNDEROATH, just to name a few. Jim and Dave (and staff) are great people, and we look forward to working with them soon. The slotted time for this to happen is the end of July 2007. I am sure we'll have some pics of the event, as well as perhaps capturing some footage on video for some future CLIP DVD. Some fans have been emailing when the CD will be out. It's hard to say, but we are really shooting for this fall 2007. (Do I dare say, Halloween week 2007) - If we can get it all done in time... That should be the target release date. Of course we'll keep you posted. The title of the CD, and concept have been picked. I'd love to tell you now, but due to the powers that be, we must withhold that information. As we get a little closer to the release date, we'll fill you in and perhaps some CD cover pics or something. For now, sorry to say you have to stay tuned on that.
